That is the entire requirements list. The Mobile Kaffeebar arrives self-contained: fresh water on board, waste water leaves with us, no drain, no hose running across your stand. Whether you are on a corner position at Messe Düsseldorf, in a hall at Koelnmesse or in a hotel ballroom, the answer to "does it fit" is almost always yes.
Setup the day before the fair is possible, and full setup and breakdown are always included. You never push, plug or polish anything yourself.

The complete setup in its smallest form: one barista, one machine, 2 x 1 meters in a corner of your stand. Ideal when every square meter of meeting space matters and you still want a queue out front.
Full-width bar
The bar becomes the architecture of your stand. A longer branded counter, two baristas, doubled throughput, plus room for add-ons like champagne, aperitivo or homemade lemonade for the evening reception.

How much space does the Mobile Kaffeebar need?
The bar itself fits approximately 2 x 1 meters. Plan about one more meter of working room behind it for the barista and you have the full footprint. It works on compact stands and corner positions without crowding your meeting area.
What power supply do we need to order?
One standard 230V socket. No three-phase current, no special power package from the venue. If your stand build already includes basic power, the bar is covered.
Do you need a water connection or a drain?
No. The bar is fully self-contained. We bring fresh water with us and take waste water away, so the bar can stand anywhere on your floor plan, not just near a supply line.
Will the bar damage our stand flooring?
No. We place protective mats under the bar and the machine, and we leave rented carpet, raised floors and parquet exactly as we found them. Stand builders thank us regularly.
What happens with waste during the fair?
We manage it ourselves. Coffee grounds, milk packaging and our materials leave with us, we keep the bar area clean through the day and we follow each hall's waste separation rules.
Are you insured for trade fair operation?
Yes. Our equipment and crew are covered for trade fair and event work. We are happy to provide details and documentation for your venue or stand builder on request.
How does teardown work after the last day?
Breakdown is always included. We typically clear the stand on the final evening, coordinated with your stand builder and the hall's logistics schedule. You say goodbye to your last visitor, we handle the rest.
