Most venues were never built for an espresso bar, so we built one that does not care. The whole setup is self-contained: machine, grinder, water, cooling, cups and counter travel in one van and roll into position without touching your infrastructure.
Behind the counter you get the same gear we run at Messe Düsseldorf: a La Marzocco espresso machine and specialty beans, pulling espresso, cappuccino, flat white and latte macchiato all day. The full spec lives on the Mobile Kaffeebar page.

From Düsseldorf to wherever the brief says
Home base is Düsseldorf, and most weeks the van is somewhere between the Rhineland and a fair hall. All of Germany is standard territory: Cologne, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, Berlin and every showroom in between. For the rest of Europe, ask. One brief in English is enough, and the quote lands within 24 hours.
Wherever the bar parks, the crew stays the same: baristas who host in English and German, with more languages on request. Add cocktails, champagne or hostess staff to the same booking and the whole event runs from one hand.

Planners ask, we answer
Which venues can the bar handle?
Offices, showrooms, conference centers, lobbies, studios, warehouses and marquees have all worked. If there is a level spot of about 2 x 1 meters with a socket nearby, we are in business.
Does the setup work outdoors?
Yes. We need a level surface and cover over the machine, such as a canopy or a roofed terrace. In summer we add iced espresso drinks and homemade lemonade to the menu.
What power do we need to provide?
One standard 230V socket. No three-phase current, no special fuses and no water connection: we bring our own supply, so the bar runs anywhere a kettle would.
How far do you travel?
All of Germany as standard. We are based in Düsseldorf, but the van heads to Munich or Hamburg just as happily. For the rest of Europe, send the brief and we confirm travel in the quote.
How long does setup take?
Plan a short window on the day and we are pouring before your first guests arrive. For early starts we set up the day before. Breakdown afterwards is always included.
How many guests can one bar serve?
One station serves 100 to 150 quality drinks per hour. For bigger crowds we add a second station or barista so the queue keeps moving and nobody walks away.
