Kaffee Catering Messe: the traffic engine your stand has been missing
An espresso bar does what no giveaway can: it stops visitors, holds them at your stand and starts the conversation. We run that engine for exhibitors at fairs across Germany and Europe.
From espresso scent to qualified lead
The chain repeats hundreds of times a day. Every link in it is designed, not lucky.
The scent stops the walk
Freshly ground espresso carries metres down the aisle at MEDICA or drupa. Visitors slow down, look up and step toward your stand. No flyer has ever done that.
The queue creates buzz
A short line is the strongest social proof in the hall. People join queues other people stand in, and your stand starts to look like the one worth seeing.
Dwell time opens talks
A flat white takes about two minutes to craft. That is two minutes a visitor stands at your booth, relaxed, cup in hand, with nowhere else to be.
Talks become leads
Our baristas host, ask and listen. When they sense real interest, they hand the visitor to your sales team with a warm introduction. Badge scanned, follow-up agreed.
Why the coffee bar beats every giveaway
Be honest about the tote bags. They get carried straight to your competitor's stand, and the pens end up in a drawer at home. A giveaway buys a glance. A coffee buys minutes of attention, spent at your stand, in front of your products, next to your sales team. That attention is what you actually paid for when you booked the floor space.
- The cup keeps visitors at your stand instead of sending them off with a bag
- Latte art and your logo on the foam turn every serve into a photo moment
- A great cappuccino earns a second visit, and round two usually brings a colleague
Baristas who hand over, not just hand out
60 to 75 percent of visitors at Messe Düsseldorf come from abroad. Our baristas host them in English and German, with more languages on request. They welcome, they ask what brings a visitor to the fair, and when they hear genuine interest they introduce that visitor to your team member by name. Your salespeople stop cold-approaching strangers and start joining warm conversations.
- Handover signals agreed with your team before the fair opens
- Hosting in English and German, more languages on request
- La Marzocco machines and specialty beans behind every cup

Our stand was never empty again. The bar pulled people in all day, and my sales team walked into conversations instead of chasing them in the aisles.Marketing Director, international automotive supplier

Coffee Catering →Questions exhibitors ask us
How many drinks can you serve at peak times?
100 to 150 quality drinks per hour, per station. For large stands or keynote rushes we add a second station, so the morning peak never becomes a bottleneck.
Can you staff full fair days, every day?
Yes. We plan barista rotations across the whole fair, from hall opening to close, on every fair day. Your bar never stands unmanned.
What happens when the queue gets long?
A short queue is good buzz, a long one costs leads. Our baristas keep the line moving, and we size the number of stations to your expected visitor flow during the briefing.
How does the lead handover work in practice?
Before the fair we agree on simple signals with your team. When a barista hears real buying interest, they introduce the visitor to one of your salespeople by name and keep the coffee coming.
How much space does the coffee bar need?
About 2 x 1 meters and one 230V socket. No water connection needed, and full setup and breakdown are always included.
How far in advance should we book?
Strong fairs like drupa, MEDICA or K fill our calendar early, so brief us as soon as your stand is confirmed. You get a quote within 24 hours, and setup the day before the fair is possible.
