Messecatering: the whole stand, one partner
Specialty coffee, cocktails, champagne, staff and branded cups for your trade fair stand, coordinated by one team. Send one brief and consider it handled.
One brief covers the whole stand
Most exhibitors juggle a coffee vendor, a drinks supplier, a staffing agency and a print shop. We replace all of them with one email.
Specialty coffee bar
La Marzocco machines, specialty beans, and baristas who pour 100 to 150 quality drinks per hour, per station. Espresso to iced latte.
Cocktails and aperitivo
When the afternoon slows down, the bar switches. Aperitivo hour keeps your guests at the stand while your neighbours pack up.
Champagne and homemade lemonade
Champagne for the deal moments, homemade lemonade for hot fair days and non-drinkers. Every guest has a reason to stay.
Hostess staff and table service
Trained hosts welcome visitors, manage seating and serve at the table, in English and German. More languages on request.
Branded cups and logo on foam
Your logo on every cup and poured into the foam. Each drink that leaves the bar carries your branding across the hall.
Setup and breakdown included
We build the bar the day before the fair and clear it after. One 230V socket, roughly 2 x 1 meters, no water connection needed.
From brief to fair week in four steps
The earlier you brief us, the smoother fair week gets. Here is the rhythm that works.
Brief us 6 to 8 weeks out
Tell us the fair, your hall and stand number, expected traffic and what you want to serve. One email or a short call is enough.
Quote within 24 hours
You get a clear written offer covering drinks, staff, equipment and add-ons. One document for procurement to sign off.
We coordinate the logistics
Delivery slots, hall access, power check and setup the day before. You stay in copy, not in the middle.
Fair week: you show up
The bar is built, the crew is briefed on your products and the first espresso is ready before the doors open.
Why one partner beats five vendors
Every extra supplier at a Messe stand means another contract, another delivery slot, another person calling your project manager during setup. Bundle the bar with us and there is one contact for everything that gets poured, served or handed to a guest.
It shows on the floor too. A crew that trains together hosts together: the barista hands a returning visitor to the hostess, the hostess finds them a seat, the table service keeps the conversation going while your sales team closes. Coffee starts the conversation. The bundle keeps it alive.
- One contract, one invoice, one contact during fair week
- Crews that host in English and German
- The same standard at drupa, MEDICA, gamescom or Anuga

At interpack we booked coffee, aperitivo and hostesses through one brief. Setup happened while we were still at the hotel, and our stand crew could focus entirely on customers.Event manager, packaging machinery exhibitor

What is included in the Messecatering bundle?
Everything the brief asks for: equipment, specialty beans and ingredients, staff, branded cups if ordered, plus full setup the day before the fair and breakdown after. You never source anything separately.
Can we add cocktails, champagne or lemonade to a coffee booking?
Yes. Most exhibitors start with the coffee bar and add aperitivo hours, champagne for signing moments or homemade lemonade for summer fairs. Add-ons can join the booking later if the calendar allows.
Who staffs the stand?
Our own baristas and hostess staff, briefed on your company before the fair. They host in English and German, with more languages on request, and work as one crew alongside your sales team.
Do you cover multi-day fairs?
That is our normal week. We restock overnight, keep the same crew on your stand for the full run and adjust the menu day by day: espresso heavy in the morning, aperitivo as the hall winds down.
How do costs work?
We do not publish list prices because every stand is different. Send the brief with the fair, the days, expected traffic and your menu, and you get a written quote within 24 hours, add-ons itemised.
We are only a few weeks out. Is it too late?
Often not. The 6 to 8 week guideline keeps things relaxed, but we regularly cover last-minute requests when the fair calendar allows. Call +49 211 1234567 and you get a straight yes or no the same day.
