Messecatering Düsseldorf: ready when the doors open
We build your coffee bar in the hall the day before, staff it through the whole fair week, and pour the first espresso before your first visitor walks in. Made for exhibitors at Messe Düsseldorf.
A fair week with us, start to finish
No surprises on site. This is how it runs, from hall setup to breakdown.
The day before
We arrive during exhibitor setup, find our 230V socket, and build the bar into its 2 x 1 meter footprint. Machine tested, beans dialed in, counter polished before the hall lights go out.
Every morning
Our baristas are in the hall before the doors open. The La Marzocco is warm, the milk is fresh, and your team gets the first round before the aisles fill.
Through the week
The same crew works your stand on every fair day. They learn your product, your guests and your rhythm. Breaks are covered, the queue never stalls.
After the final day
When the fair closes, we break down, pack out and leave your stand clean. Setup and breakdown are always included, never an extra line on the brief.
What 8 a.m. in the hall looks like
Exhibitor entrances open early, and so do we. Before the first visitor badge is scanned, the grinder is calibrated for the day, the fridge is stocked, and your stand already smells like the reason people will stop at it.
By the time the opening announcement sounds, there is nothing left to set up. Your team talks to visitors. We hand them cappuccinos. 100 to 150 quality drinks per hour, per station, all day long.
- Bar built and tested the day before the fair
- Machine warm and dialed in before doors open
- Fresh milk and a fully stocked bar every morning
- First round goes to your stand team

By Tuesday our stand was the meeting point of the hall. Visitors came back twice a day, and our sales team never had to leave a conversation to fetch coffee.Exhibition manager, Italian packaging machinery exhibitor at interpack
Nine fairs a year. One brief in English.
We work the Messe Düsseldorf calendar all year round, and many of our clients book from outside Germany.
Industry weeks
drupa, interpack, K and glasstec fill the halls with machine builders and buyers from every continent. Long days, technical crowds, serious coffee drinkers.
Medical and safety
MEDICA, COMPAMED and A+A run on tight schedules and packed aisles. A proper espresso is the pause that keeps a decision maker at your stand.
Boats and wine
boot and ProWein draw visitors who know quality when they taste it. Your coffee should hold up next to the wine. Ours does.
Exhibiting from the USA, the UK, Italy, Japan or anywhere else? Booking works the way it should: you send one brief in English, we reply with a quote within 24 hours, and we handle the hall logistics on the ground in Düsseldorf. At the stand, our baristas host your visitors in English and German, with more languages on request.
Practical questions, straight answers
Can you set up the day before the fair?
Yes, and we prefer it. We build the bar during exhibitor setup, test everything on site, and arrive on opening morning with nothing left to do but pour.
What do we need to provide on the stand?
One standard 230V socket and a space of about 2 x 1 meters. No water connection needed. We bring everything else, from the La Marzocco to the cups.
Will you be ready before the doors open every morning?
Yes. Our baristas are in the hall before opening on every fair day. The machine is warm and the first drinks are ready before your first visitors arrive.
How many drinks can one bar serve at peak times?
100 to 150 quality drinks per hour, per station. For large stands at fairs like drupa or MEDICA we add a second station so the queue keeps moving.
We are exhibiting from abroad. How does booking work?
Send us one brief in English: fair name, hall and stand number, stand size, expected traffic. You get a quote within 24 hours and one contact who handles everything on site in Düsseldorf.
Can your baristas host international visitors?
Yes. They host in English and German as standard, with more languages on request. They are briefed on your company beforehand, so the small talk at the bar leads somewhere.
