Before you hit send
How fast will you get back to me?
Within 24 hours, often the same day. During peak fair season we prioritize events with the nearest start dates, so always include yours.
How late can I still book?
As late as our calendar allows. For big fairs like drupa, MEDICA or gamescom we recommend writing as soon as your stand is confirmed. If your event is close, call us: short-notice slots do open up, and setup the day before the fair is possible.
Which languages can your baristas cover?
English and German as standard. Most visitors at Messe Düsseldorf come from abroad, so our crews host in both by default. More languages are possible on request, just name them in your brief.
Do you visit our stand before the fair?
Usually there is no need. Your hall plan, one standard 230V socket and roughly 2 x 1 meters of space tell us everything we need. For large or unusual stand builds we are happy to align with your stand builder directly.
How does payment work?
Simple: you receive a regular invoice. Payment terms and all details are spelled out in your quote, so there are no surprises later.
