2. What we collect

This website works without accounts, forms that store data on our side, or marketing trackers. We process two categories of data:

Contact data you send us. When you email us or call us about coffee catering for your stand, we receive the data you choose to share: your name, company, contact details, and the content of your message. We use it only to handle your enquiry and to prepare a quote.

Server logs. When you open this website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, the date and time of access, the requested page, browser type, and operating system. These logs help keep the website secure and reliable. They are not merged with other data and are not used to identify you.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process contact data to respond to your enquiry and to take steps prior to entering into a contract, based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We process server logs based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure and stable website, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not use your data for automated decision making or profiling.

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and to meet statutory retention duties, then we delete it.

4. Hosting

This website is served by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the site, Vercel may process server log data as described above on our behalf. Data transfers to the USA are safeguarded by appropriate mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses. Details are available in Vercel's own privacy documentation.

5. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking

At this time, this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics tools, and uses no advertising or tracking technologies. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

6. External content

Fonts. We self-host fonts where possible so that no request is sent to third-party font servers. Where Google Fonts cannot be self-hosted, your browser may connect to Google servers to load font files, which transmits your IP address to Google.

Images. Some images on this website may load from Unsplash. When your browser fetches such an image, your IP address is transmitted to Unsplash to deliver the file.
