We load the van in Düsseldorf, set up at Koelnmesse or your congress venue the day before, and test every machine before the doors open. You arrive to a finished bar, a stocked counter and a crew that already knows your brief.
Kaffee Catering Köln: your questions
How much space do you need at Koelnmesse?
About 2 x 1 meters for the full bar. It fits inside most standard booths, and we plan the position with you so the queue pulls visitors in instead of blocking your demo area.
What do you need from the venue?
One standard 230V socket. No water connection. We bring everything else: machine, grinder, beans, milk, cups and a trained barista crew, set up the day before the fair.
How many drinks can one bar serve?
100 to 150 quality drinks per hour, per station. For Anuga or gamescom traffic we often recommend a second station so the queue stays a magnet, not a wall.
Which languages do your baristas speak?
English and German as standard, more languages on request. At international congresses this is often the detail that decides where delegates linger.
Can you brand the coffee bar?
Yes. Branded cups, your logo on the milk foam, and a counter styled to your stand design. The bar becomes a photo motif that carries your name.
