Barista Kaffee Catering: craft your visitors can taste
We pull specialty espresso on La Marzocco machines and finish every cup with latte art, your logo included. Visitors taste the difference in one sip, and they remember whose stand served it.
What specialty coffee actually means
Not a buzzword. Four things we control on every single cup.
The beans
High-grade arabica, sourced for flavor and roasted in small batches. Fresh beans are the single biggest difference your visitors will taste.
The roast
Roasted for sweetness and balance, not shelf life. We pull shots from beans at their peak, never from a bag that sat in a warehouse for a year.
The extraction
Grind size, dose, temperature, time. Our baristas dial in the machine before the doors open and keep checking it all day long.
The milk
Microfoam, glossy and tight. Properly textured milk carries sweetness into every cappuccino and flat white, and gives latte art its canvas.
Built on La Marzocco
We work on La Marzocco espresso machines, handbuilt in Florence and the benchmark in specialty coffee bars worldwide. They hold temperature stable shot after shot, which is what keeps cup number four hundred tasting exactly like cup number one. That consistency is the whole point at a fair: the visitor who arrives at 17:00 deserves the same espresso as the one who arrived at 09:00.
From your stand we need almost nothing. One standard 230V socket, no water connection, and a footprint of roughly 2 x 1 meters. Setup the day before the fair is possible, and breakdown is always included.
Latte art is the signature. Your logo is the finish
A rosetta poured at full service speed tells visitors they are not standing at the filter-coffee counter next door. Then we go one step further and print your logo on the foam. People photograph it. People carry it through the hall and show it to colleagues. Your brand travels the fair in their hands, one cup at a time. It is the most photographed moment of our full Kaffee Catering service.
- Latte art on every milk drink, even at peak rush
- Logo on foam, printed food safe on cappuccino and latte
- Branded cups that carry your name across the hall
- Espresso, cappuccino, flat white, latte macchiato and more
The difference visitors can taste
Trade fair coffee has a reputation, and it is not a good one. Thin, bitter, served in a hurry from a push-button machine. When the espresso at your stand is genuinely excellent, visitors notice immediately, and the cup quietly becomes a judgment about your company: this exhibitor cares about details. That impression lands before your sales team says a word.
It also keeps working after the first sip. The scent stops people in the aisle, the short queue creates buzz, and the minutes spent waiting and drinking are minutes spent at your stand. Our baristas host in English and German, so the conversation that starts over the cup carries straight into a conversation with your team. At Messe Düsseldorf, where most visitors come from abroad, that matters more than any giveaway.
People came back on day two and brought their colleagues. The coffee was the opener, our sales team did the rest.Marketing lead, medical technology exhibitor
Barista Kaffee Catering: your questions
What is specialty coffee, exactly?
In practice: beans selected and roasted for flavor rather than shelf life, ground moments before brewing, and extracted by a trained barista who measures instead of guessing. You taste it as sweetness and clarity instead of bitterness.
Which machines do you bring?
La Marzocco espresso machines with professional grinders. They run on a standard 230V socket, need no water connection, and fit on a counter of roughly 2 x 1 meters.
Do you offer milk alternatives?
Yes. Oat milk is on board at every event, soy and almond on request. Our baristas texture alternatives just as carefully as dairy, so latte art and flavor both hold up.
Is there really latte art on every drink?
On every milk-based drink, yes. Hearts, tulips and rosettas, poured at service speed. Each station keeps up 100 to 150 quality drinks per hour without skipping the pour.
How does the logo on foam work?
We print your logo food safe onto the foam of cappuccinos and lattes. Send the artwork with your brief and we handle the rest. It pairs well with branded cups for a fully branded coffee moment.
