Barista Catering Düsseldorf: the crew that plays at home

Our baristas live here and work Messe Düsseldorf all year round. Badges, hall access and early load-in are routine for them, not a scramble.

A crew that knows the Messe routine

Flying a coffee team in from another city sounds fine until the morning of day one. Badge applications close, the logistics gate has its own rules, and your hall is further from the freight entrance than the map suggests. That is exactly the part we have already solved.

Our baristas are based in Düsseldorf. They have done the early load-in at MEDICA, found the freight lifts at drupa, and poured flat whites for boot visitors still wearing their sailing jackets. When your stand builder hands over the keys, the coffee bar is already on its way.

  • Exhibitor badges and hall access arranged before the deadlines
  • Early load-in, with setup the day before the fair on request
  • One 230V socket is all we need, no water connection
  • The bar fits in about 2 x 1 meters on your stand
  • Full setup and breakdown always included

The Düsseldorf calendar is home turf

Four fairs we know move by move, plus every other show on the Messe Düsseldorf calendar.

MEDICA

The world's largest medical trade fair. Dense halls, international buyers, long days. Coffee keeps your team sharp and your visitors lingering.

drupa

Print and packaging, once every four years, stakes high. We pace the whole marathon week so your stand has energy on the last day too.

boot

Nine days of watersports crowds in January. A hot cappuccino is the easiest reason to step aboard your stand.

ProWein

Wine professionals taste all day. A precise espresso between tastings is the reset they thank you for.

We also pour at COMPAMED, interpack, K, glasstec and A+A. And because up to three out of four Messe Düsseldorf visitors come from abroad, our baristas host in English and German, with more languages on request. The bar is not just a machine on a counter. It is a reason to stop, a queue that creates buzz, and a host who hands the conversation over to your sales team.

Questions Düsseldorf exhibitors ask us

How fast can you confirm availability for a Düsseldorf fair?

Send your brief and you have a quote within 24 hours. For peak weeks like MEDICA we recommend booking early, but we regularly take short-notice requests when the calendar allows it.

Do your baristas speak English?

Yes. Every crew hosts in English and German, and more languages are available on request. At a fair where most visitors come from abroad, that turns the coffee bar into a conversation starter, not just a pit stop.

How much space and power do you need on the stand?

About 2 x 1 meters and one standard 230V socket. No water connection is needed, so the bar works in almost any hall position, including corner and island stands.

Can you set up before the hall opens?

Yes. We arrange exhibitor badges and hall access in advance and can build the bar the day before the fair. Full setup and breakdown are always included, so your stand team never lifts a crate.

How many drinks can the bar serve at rush hour?

100 to 150 quality drinks per hour, per station. For large stands at fairs like drupa or MEDICA we simply add a second station and a second crew.
